Flash your Galaxy S9.
Samsung Galaxy S9 SM-G960F (Exynos), samsung-starlte, only. The S9+ build is untested on real hardware. Choose the files from your build and send them over USB. Everything runs in this browser; nothing is uploaded.
Experimental: only continue if you understand the recovery path for your device. Not for Snapdragon models (SM-G9600, SM-G9650). Stuck in a bootloop or softbrick? Download Mode still works: SamFW gets you the stock firmware (and an Odin-style flash tool) to go back to Android.
SECTION 1 · SKIP IF YOU ALREADY HAVE TWRP
Install TWRP
Writes only the RECOVERY partition (Odin protocol). Needs an OEM-unlocked Exynos phone of the model picked above. Not for Snapdragon models (SM-G9600, SM-G9650).

Power off. Hold Volume Down + Bixby, plug in USB, press Volume Up to enter Download Mode.

Connect first: it tells you right away if the phone is busy. Then download
twrp-3.7.0_9-0-starlte.img(or pick your own copy). The page checks its SHA-256 before writing. - 03
Right after the flash, do not let the phone boot normally (stock Android would restore the stock recovery). Hold Volume Down + Power until the screen goes black, then immediately hold Volume Up + Bixby + Power until the TWRP screen appears.
Put the phone in Download Mode, then connect.
SECTION 2 · PHONE MUST BE IN TWRP
Flash the postmarketOS server image
Writes samsung-starlte-root.img to SYSTEM, samsung-starlte-boot.img to VENDOR and boot.img to BOOT, then verifies each on the phone with SHA-256. Files stay in your browser and stream over USB.

Boot TWRP (Volume Up + Bixby + Power). Do not mount system, vendor or data.

Connect first (approve the ADB prompt on the phone if it appears), then download the images or pick the three files you already have.
Boot TWRP, then connect.

After pressing Flash, scroll down to Activity and wait until the final step, 22, says Done. Takes several minutes. If it stops earlier, reload the page, reconnect and flash again.
